How did you come up with this idea?

  Scott first thought of doing things a different way when he was at Mayo Clinic. He experienced first hand not having the right medications to deliver to physicians to ease pain and save lives. He personally experienced issues with confusing labels with inconsistent dosing patterns that could have led to issues without his personal intervention. Additionally, being responsible for a cost center, he faced numerous budget issues with constantly increasing prices etc. It was due to this and many stories of students he mentored who have now gone on to managing their own Doctors, Nurses, Patients, and budgets that inspired Scott to Action, Not, Words.
